This disclaimer governs the information published by Corvian on its website at corvian.com.au and in the firm’s Insights, commentary, and other public materials. 1. General information only

The firm’s published materials are general analysis and information on matters of governance, regulation, disputes, crisis, and strategy. They are provided for information only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice. Where a matter requires regulated legal or financial advice, the firm will say so and will arrange or recommend appropriately qualified advisers. Nothing in the firm’s materials should be read as a representation that the firm holds a licence or authorisation it does not hold.

4. No outcome or performance assurance

The firm’s materials may describe approaches, risks, and considerations relevant to particular kinds of situation. Nothing in them is a prediction or assurance of any outcome. Strategic, regulatory, and dispute matters turn on their specific facts; past approaches are not a guide to future results.
