Senior

Counsel Senior

$18,500 / month + GST

First 3 months for $16,650/mo
  • 12 hours retained counsel per month
  • Priority response within 4 business hours
  • Bi-monthly structured review and forward planning
  • Proactive monitoring of regulatory and market shifts
  • Annual governance framework audit with written findings
  • Access to Corvian's broader advisory network where relevant
  • Attendance at key internal meetings on request

Best suited for

Chief executives navigating active strategic change, heightened stakeholder complexity, or periods of regulatory or transactional exposure.

Principal

Counsel Principal

$28,000 / month + GST

First 3 months for $25,200/mo
  • Uncapped access — no monthly hour allocation
  • Board and executive meeting attendance as invited
  • Continuous monitoring across your strategic landscape
  • Coordination with legal, financial, and specialist advisers
  • Annual strategic governance review with board presentation
  • Sole point of engagement — no handoffs, no delegation
  • Availability for time-critical matters outside business hours

Best suited for

Principals, boards, and family offices requiring a senior adviser embedded within their decision-making structures on an ongoing and unrestricted basis.
